We have a great opportunity for a Mechanically biased engineer with experience of pipefitting, welding and general fabrication work to join our on-site team working in Northampton.

Key Responsibilities

You will be required to sympathetically retire redundant mechanical equipment and pipework within a working factory environment.

In addition, you will be required to carry out small bespoke fabrication work with stainless steel, mild steel and carbon steel, to meet Client’s requirements.

You will ideally be coded to carry out all or some of the following welding procedures in both carbon and stainless steel where applicable (TIG, MIG, MMA).

Skills and Experience

You should have a proven background in pipefitting, welding and general fabrication within an industrial environment.

You must possess a mechanical / pipefitter/welding qualification (e.g. City & Guilds or BTEC).

Proof of eligibility to work in the UK will be required.
